Grossmont sponsors program Aug. 7 for adults interested in returning to school

Grossmont College’s Adult Reentry Program  will host “A Daring Adventure,” a free orientation for adults interested in returning to school, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 7, in Griffin Gate (Building 60).

In this difficult economy many adults have found themselves unemployed or in need of upgrading skills. Many individuals are looking to re-career or finally achieve their dreams of earning a college degree.

Speakers will include current and former students who successfully returned to the classroom and are realizing their dreams!  In addition, representatives from Student Services Departments, including Financial Aid, Counseling, Tutoring, etc., will be on hand to answer questions. Information will be available on admission procedures and transfer programs.

Admission and parking are free. The closet parking is Lot #7.
